The Canadians are far worse. You think Mexico wants to have that border open? Every Mexican I know hates it and so do their family members in Mexico. Blame the CIA for the border. And as far as declaring war goes, the Canadians literally train Chinese army and pilots for winter weather combat.

Our biggest is up north.
