Yeah, that tweet has me wondering as well. Trump mentions Russia, Russia, Russia fake collusion in his posts yesterday, then the tweets with incorrect naval vessels, one of them the NCIS tweet, another tweet from a sitting pol is a Chinese ship, another a Dutch Coastie Cutter, etc. I know comms when I see them, but I can't always put them together. This other Marine Col story I think is comms, too.
