Same way that has been explained two hundred times over. It has always been an option. There is a war going on and Trump pulled the EUA to prevent us from getting Australia’ed. Had he not done that do you see where the US would be at currently. Just because White hats appear to be winning doesn’t mean the enemy isn’t making plays still.
