Rapture happens in Revelation chapter 4, chronology well before chapter 13. The saints spoken in 13 are the 144,000 Jews that are converted during the 70th week and those that they have converted at that time.

The 70th week ended 3.5 years after the crucifixion of Yashua with the stoning of Stephen by the Jewish high priest.
