I totally agree, my brother is the same way. He got the vaxx because both his wife and son have lung cancer and them getting covid would be devastating and they can't get the vaxx themselves so he did it. But, he tells everyone to make their own choices.

There were no more negotiations. They just signed a new contract not too long ago. The next contract is in 2025. There would have to be a whole new vote by members on any changes to this current contract.
So, I work with a lot of these folks, I'm in supply chain. This is a pretty bad misreading of what the letter is saying.
SMART is using the push for a mandate as a way to push the negotiations they already had in place.

Not all anti-vax mandate advocates are anti-vax. Many have decided to get it. They just don't support forcing others to get it.
