Thanks, fren. In some ways, I'm sorta glad she didn't have to go through everything that we're going through now. It would have scared her. At least I have the peace of knowing she never got the jab. I made sure of that. Mom got a UTI that turned into sepsis. I brought her home and had her on hospice care until she passed. She at least died at home and not in a hospital and went peacefully. I'm grateful for that.
That seems like a beautiful way to die. At home with loved ones. It’s got to be hard though. So sorry you lost her. Moms are the best.
She passed the day after Easter this year. That morning her face was an alarming ashen gray, so I knew it wouldn't be too long. I was with her all morning and afternoon. At 3PM I got a phone call from one of the visiting nurses. I checked to see that my mom was ok, then I walked out of the room to talk to the nurse. I was only out of the room for one minute. When I walked back into the room, I immediately knew she had passed. In that one minute, her face had completely transformed. She was full of color and rosy cheeks, as though she was completely healthy and just sleeping. I took that as a sign that all was well and that she was safe in God's arms.
