If you really are intent on it, then get some of this and learn how to safely inject it intravenously.

They use it for cyanide poisoning. It works on an electro-catalytic level to protect even individual cells.

It's on the WHO's list of essential medications and is also an anti-malarial in the same vein as ivermectin and chloroquine.

If push comes to shove, and they bust down doors to inject us by force, I'm main-lining this pronto.
