This is a must. I can't think of ANY good reason besides pure laziness that everyone on this board hasn't already done that.

The large banks do not loan to small businesses. They do not give a shit about your or your family. Small banks are typically owned by those within your community or region who share closer values, than the MBA's in Chicago and Manhattan.
