I tried to find a link that would give prices with no luck, I found one article from 2018 that said it was $50 and that's probably for at least a couple of truckloads.
Call the ranger station for your local forest and they can give you details. We did this years ago and it wasn't hard to find downed trees not too far from an area where you could park your truck. Make sure you get hardwood.
