I thought I was a democrat during that election. Hey, I'm not racist like those right wingers are, you know?
But Al Gore's wife is the one that was trying to censor all our music, and that idiot didn't invent the internet??? I don't wanna vote for him, but Bush is a racist asshole (the Republicans all are) so I'm going to vote for Ralph Nader. Fuck the Republicans AND Democrats.
Then it became fairly obvious that Bush was cheating in the election... it all came down to Florida where his BROTHER was the governor and there were all kinds of democrats reporting that they were turned away when they went to vote, saying they could re-register to vote, but not vote today (they should have come to the 2020 election where it doesn't matter if you register late!), votes falling off trucks, and all sorts of shenanigans.
Nobody took him seriously (but remember I'm seeing things from a sort of Democrat viewpoint back then) until 9/11 and then suddenly the media machine started thinking for us. I knew immediately the Patriot Act was bullshit and I didn't like starting wars, but those fuckers deserve some payback for 9/11. I saw a few little hints that all was not well with that situation, but I guess I didn't strongly question 9/11 since we all saw it on tv, right?
Then I randomly downloaded Alex Jones' 9/11 The Road to Tyranny, probably from Kazaa, and wow, that blew my mind. I think I found Loose Change soon after, and then I started looking into things. I always knew something was seriously wrong with this world, but I think those documentaries really sealed the deal for me.
I kind of fell back asleep for a while though. I voted for Obama, because he's gotta be better than that war-monger Bush, and McCain is going to just continue the wars... I didn't think much when Sandy Hook happened.. I think I saw people online saying the Boston Bombing was fake and I remember thinking just how ridiculous that was. People fucking blew up with bombs, how can you fake THAT?
Then I think I accidentally saw some pictures of the bombing victims sitting in wheelchairs smiling, with viscera hanging out of their open wounds where their legs should have been, but they're happy and not bleeding out..
I think I found Sandy Hook info at the same time... I remember thinking, Oh geez... you already figured out that they lie about everything after 9/11, how could you have believed any of this shit was true? It's all a bunch of lies again...

Haven't gone back to sleep since then.
