Right. Where are the outcries of privacy when talking about this scam vax. As I understand HIPPA the patient can release Info for their personal health conditions but not the Dr. Or Insurance company. That is why we have to sign so many things when seeking medical help. If He or his family want to release a statement it isn't a problem. That is where it gets tricky. Laws included to "protect public health"...
