I'm guessing this is 1/6 related. The poor guy may have showed some partial honesty during internal investigations. They have to shut down that type of behavior, regardless of actual guilt on CP charges.

He could have easily downloaded some child porn intentionally, or unintentionally without realizing it. Remember when Q exposed the playboy mansion as a honey pot, and Anons posted up information about how many "bunnies" were later proven to be slightly underage? Funny how no one went after Hefner for luring them in and taking advantage of them.
