The real story in this story lies in the question: Why would Joe Biden be touring a Daycare Center? His handlers can't tell it's going to be bad optics? There's no way for them to keep him away from kids? I don't have a theory to go along with this observation but I definitely don't buy the incompetence excuse. They've been stealing elections right out in the open for decades. That's not incompetence.
