I know it comes up almost daily now but I didn't think I would need it so I didn't save it. Now my friend's husband, an air traffic controller, has decided to get the vaccine (after talking with a pastor - that really pisses me off) and my friend is very concerned about the spike protein shedding. I told her there were things she could do like the pine needle tea but again, I can't find the posts on it. Any help is very much appreciated.

I am around people who are vaccinated all day everyday at work. Myself and one other person are the only hold-outs. Everyone else did it on their own, sadly. I believe what my eyes and ears report, and so far we have both been ok working closely with these people. Most of whom had 2 doses. I am skeptical to rush to extremes, I think we will all be ok.
Yes, but this is her husband who she will be exchanging fluids with and I think that is a bit different.
I have a friend who had heavy menstrual issues when she was exposed to a vaxxed relative. She found that fennel tea and star anise stopped the problem. Both of those are in the list I posted (currently below this comment)
I've heard this as well and I'm glad you reminded me because I will definitely share that with her. Thanks so much.

How so? I share space with these people, share food, share tools, share joints. If germ theory can be believed, I fall under the yucky category. The consensus that everyone is gonna die from the jab is just a bit of a reach as of right now. As far as my experience and reading tells me.
Yes, but I kinda doubt you are kissing them and/or having sex with them. It's not about germs, but rather bodily fluids that contain the spike proteins.
More than willing to believe it when I see it.
