Well there are terrorists and "terrorists". The first category is dangerous, the second is merely a label to trot out when they want to frame you for something. He was obviously in the second.

I get that. My point is they are classifying people as terrorists, but not taking any action if they encounter them. Seems odd right? How can they distinguish between the two on a call?
