If you could travel back in time, with limits of your birth to today, what one thing would you change/prevent using todays knowledge.

I would say all injections given to me.

I wouldn't change a thing. Everything I've done in my life, and everything that happened to me in my life has led me to this moment in time and has prepared me for what's to come.
