Personally I would stay the hell away from hospitals but if you absolutely do have to go then make sure and tell them that. That’s at least one of the many obstacles out of the way. What else? Remdesivir isn't the only really bad one they use for that purpose, is it? So you don't get that and they give you something else as bad or worse instead.
Methylprednisolone is the preferred drug to the hospital default Dexamethasone so you could try the same thing for that one if needed.
