When people go back for the second shot, does anyone know if the people administering the shot request your batch number? Maybe that's the key - 3 different mixes in the vaccine. If they just give random batches to people in the order they show up, no guarantee that the recipients are getting the right stuff, in their eyes. That's why I'm thinking maybe the military is delivered mostly saline shots. I haven't heard of lots of bad reactions/medical discharges due to the jab.

Also, remember, during the initial rollout (the planefags will remember this) the military was enlisted to help distribute vaccine supplies throughout the country. Wonder if a switch was made then to protect the military. Military would have the opportunity at that point to make a change, if so ordered.
