The Walton family should donate their shares to minorities because they seem to have too much privilege and their CEO is too white as well and should donate his 1 million plus salary to the normal workers hourly pay.

In all honesty, the uppers at Walmart probably said "Let's have a diversity program so the media will stop accusing us of all sorts of evil things." So they hired these guys who produced their hate and then just forgot all about it, letting the haters teach their stuff. And the media still accuses Walmart of all sorts of evil things. People learn slow.
