As a former nurse I was explain this tweet. Rules come down from the fda or cdc.

Following those rules no matter what even if it leads to death can and should be classified as murder. People in the medical field are more interested in maintaining licensure and big pharma money flowing than they are keeping the patient healthy and alive.
