Ignore any douches that lecture you about having taken it already.

People with influence in your life pushed and you've learned a few things since then.... No need to justify.

Siounds like you have it figured out with perspective...and following the post-vaxxx protocols you've described should benefit you a lot.

I would LOVE to start hearing about people who have tried the protocols for reducing the spike proteins...and any success they are having with that.
