Let them send you home and file a grievance daily based on your missing guaranteed time. If your part time that's 3.5 hrs daily, or 8 hrs full.

They can't keep you from punching in but they can send you home for any reason. Good thing their reason isn't mentioned in the current iteration of the union book.
