JUST IN - #Czech President Zeman is unable to fulfill his duties, according to the military hospital's report to the Senate.

President Zeman was taken to an intensive care unit in hospital on Oct 10. Since then, there’s been no diagnosis announced.

Weird. How can you be in a hospital intensive care unit for 8 days... and yet they haven't diagnosed the problem?

What exactly are they treating if they can't diagnose it?
