JUST IN - #Czech President Zeman is unable to fulfill his duties, according to the military hospital's report to the Senate.

President Zeman was taken to an intensive care unit in hospital on Oct 10. Since then, there’s been no diagnosis announced.

My thoughts as well, why does it seem like this is news if he has been there 8 days?
