A buddy of mine works for GNC and has been in the supplement business for many years. Word on the street is that they're doing everything they can to shut down availability of NAC including buying up supplies and forcing supply chain distribution issues & shortages. Haven't heard anything about an outright banning yet but who knows. Sounds like maybe Quercetin, Zinc and D3 are in the crosshairs as well. I'm not surprised in the least bit. They're desperate. Everyone should replenish their personal stashes now before it's too late.

I'm not aware of if it's safe to take those substances together. But I doubt it poses much risk, since glutathione by itself is not that effective as NAC.
I've read that because NAC causes the body to produce glutathione, our bodies will consume more glutathione than if we consumed glutathione supplements directly.
Thats what I read also. It will only absorb about 10% of the glutathione supplement and only half of that will actually be used. Whereas the NAC helps the body produce natural glutathione which can be utilized at 100%. But I could get one and not the other when I bought it. Guess I'll keep the glutathione in case the idiots ban the NAC! Something is better than nothing!
