I provided the documentation and his ruling, whether you want to hold me responsible for his opinion or not, that is on you, but this is called denial and shooting the messenger...

Others in this thread have mentioned this same ruling and came to same conclusion. I suggest you read it as it is apparent you have not even when it is one single paragraph I pointed out to you to consider.
