Would there be riots? If all Fed contractors and all businesses with 100 or more employees must why not welfare? Why are there no lawsuits here?

Taking the idea from their own books, a well placed rumor of it happening to welfare recipients, would destroy their vax mandate by placing fear in the one place the cabal doesn't want it. Riots and protests from blacks.
