Why would you think a branch would sue itself? I mean of course it's individual people. I knew what OP meant, individuals in each branch represented, is what OP meant but I don't think it was intentional to be misleading.

Did you even read the post? Biden is being sued. By individuals not by 5 military branches. It is not Army vs Biden it is an individual in the Army vs Biden Other individuals as well being sued.Words have meaning. It would be great if our entire woke branches of military would sue
