Nola is a magical city. I lost touch with who were some of my truest friends before the plandemic, so unfortunately, have no inside info, but I really am shocked to hear they are on their knees in this, especially since a lot hear explosives before the levees broke during Katrina and are 100 percent sure it was on purpose.
