Yeah, I know, I am still scratching my brains .... either that, or Cabal needs to believe that Trump will pacify his supporters as they push for 100%, until at the last moment he will tweet the #55 and we will know what to do...

But definitely, try and think of this on a 4D chess. Vaccines are the biggest moves in this battle against Cabal and there is no way Trump doesnt know what they are really like.
