I just decided to take two notches on a bit of cracker and washed it down with water (on an empty stomach).

Still haven't decided when to take a second dose, which will probably be a single notch. This is for anti-parasite use, I've seen eggs but no worms, and ivm apparently doesn't kill all worms so I will have to break the lifecycle (like killing fleas eggs).

You need to do some research, I'm no doctor and this is not medical advice.
