Is there any truth to what I keep hearing / seeing that;

Many federal buildings inside DC are totally empty and shut down. Not empty as in vacated / moved out, but nobody is working inside of them any longer.
The White House is dark almost every single evening.

Any truth to these?

Fuck I hope Devolution is true, otherwise we are .......in for spicy times....

What is COGCON or a link to description? I know a few who spent whole adult lives n DC, only to GTFO immediately after the election. Glownigger cucks, NGOs, etc.
