The medal above the name tag is the Chief Professional Officer Insignia. The medal above the ribbons is the Office of the Secretary of HHS Identification Badge. The upper most ribbon is a Presidential Unit Citation (PUC), the highest unit award issued to a uniformed service, which was issued for the US Govts response to the Ebola outbreak between Sep 14 and May 15. Then on the next row down left to right as you look at them we have the Covid-19 Pandemic Campaign Medal for all corps officers on active duty between 1 Mar 20 and 21 Dec 20, then the Regular Corps Ribbon and the Commissioned Corps Training Ribbon.
So basically all the bullshit they give to a joker who has done sweet fuck all.
