In Victoria they explicitly state that they dont need consent from parents: https://nwmphn.org.au/news/covid-19-vaccines-understanding-the-mature-minor-and-managing-consent-issues-with-young-people/

So, you may be right regarding NSW, you may be wrong. The govts have clearly shown what they are capable of. Thats why I am keeping this post regardless of all the technicalfags and government-lovers.
