Something stinks here, why would it go public? Company like Blackrock or Vangard, if so inclined, could swoop in and buy out 50%+1 and completely tank it.

Depends on ratio of series a kept internal and series b sold publicly… series a is worth much more … i am sure large percentage will be held by trump, not allowing large hedge funds to take control
