"Dr." F. certainly needs to be arrested and more needs to happen but Epstein or Maxwell were likely the first arrest.

BTW, for those pedes wondering why "the first arrest" and "shock" are often mentioned, they come from the Q drops, specifically:

"First indictment [unseal] will trigger mass pop awakening. First arrest will verify action and confirm future direction." (Q drops 3716 and 3717),

"(the) truth will shock the world" (Q drops 928, 929 and 3915) and

"the enormity of what is coming will shock the world" (Q drop 3728).
