Dont confuse anti-racism with anything real. Its an imaginary concept to divert people's anger from legitimate targets (like when Occupy Wallstreet was big) to some imaginary targets (like Systemic racism).
In reality, none of the actual targets who get hit by anti-racism have anything to do with racism, or hierarchy or anything else. The specific targets are always chosen strategically to eliminate their opponents.
"Anti-racism" means two very different things, so far as I can see.
There is the traditional, healthy, positive, Christian-aligned affirmation that "all men are created equal" in the eyes of the Lord, that we are all worthy of respect (unless we show ourselves unworthy by disrespecting the rights of others), and that discriminating against someone on the basis of their natural, inborn characteristics (skin color -- or for that matter eye color, hair color, height, or whatnot) is inappropriate or even contemptible.
This allows for the acknowledgement of differences among people that MAKE a difference in certain contexts; a 4' 7" man isn't likely to do well in pro basketball; a woman is not likely to do well as a Navy Seal; and so on -- although unexpected exceptions to such generalities may exist and should be respected and even celebrated. Still, it would be foolish to claim extreme height or strength or other characteristics aren't important in some fields or situations.
THAT is the brand of "anti-racism" advocated by Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. I was there, and THIS anti-racism was clean, healthy, compassionate, and advocated the brotherhood of man. "Where we go one, we go all" fit right in with the tone of the movement.
Today's Woke (and thus fake) "anti-racism" is nothing more than a wedge to divide people. It is race hatred disguised as concern for racism; it is a tool to foster hatred while pretending to heal. THIS corrupt version of "anti-racism" is being used to wreck the genuine improvement in race relations that Americans have achieved -- to sow distrust and hostility between the races and to create chaos and violence.

I hear you. It is hard to accept that there are so few who question.

As the actual winner of the 2020 election pointed out, "Everything Woke turns to shit."
