Claims there's a 48 rule that states you have to provide the video 48 hours prior to the hearing. Jordan corrected Nadler stating that it is not a rule. It might be a protocol but it was never a rule and never voted on.

Seems Jordan knew of the protocol and, if so, should have anticipated the objection. Why not give 48 hour requirement and remove that possibility?
