Hahaha I feel like if I was the white hats I would just have an occasional precision drone strike on 1 evil person at a time and then have the media report it as a car accident like they did with Michael hastings and Kemps daughters boyfriend. They would know someone knows but wouldn't know death was there until they were in 1000 pieces. Hard to sleep at night with that lol.
