Q is one of the COCOMS Generals. I think it's Nakasone, but that's just a theory. Could be a couple of them. But I think just one.

I think Q told us ten know the plan. Three are civilians. Seven are military. The ones running devolution would have to know the plan. I would think.

Trump says we have great Generals. But they are not the ones you see on tv. What other Generals are in the position to do anything?
