A vaxxine exemption letter asks for nothing more than would be granted a Federal Prisoner under the November 2012 Revised Inmate Information Handbook Federal Bureau of Prisons. Pursuant to a Prisoner's Health Care Rights, page 50, I noted the following:
- You have the right to be involved in all aspects of the decision making process regarding your medical/mental health care. Every effort will be made to honor your beliefs and expectations regarding the care provided.
- You have the right to expect that your medical/mental health information will only be shared with individuals involved in your care as limited by state and federal laws. You may share your information with whomever you choose.
- You have the right to receive care in a safe environment and to be free from neglect, exploitation, and all forms of abuse to include sexual, physical, mental, and verbal.
19.You have the right to refuse any experimental research, or educational activities that may be involved in your treatment plan without fear of reprisal.
What's wrong with this picture?
Certainly if Federal prisoners are afforded these rights, we should be afforded these same Health Care RIGHTS.
Someone I know IRL got WuFlu while in state prison last year. They tossed two positive inmates into a cell together and didn't let them out for a week or more. They were given no medicine other than Tylenol. The problem with being in prison is you can't even get them to give you vitamins etc. The person I knew was fine other than a splitting head ache for like a week and being locked down for a long time. But they heard stories from the largest prison in the state that plenty of the older inmates given the same treatment degraded to the point where they were sent to the hospital... which then of course gave them the Remdesivir and vent treatment killing most of them.
It is very strange that inmates have rights people on the streets don't. We aren't allowed to refuse medical experiments any more I guess.
I recall an article about an Iowa prison with a high number of COVID I think that died.
I included this in my exemption letter and told my supervisor, and meh...
Before you send it in look here for the rest of an excellent exemption letter from Dr. Fleming.
I copied, pasted and formatted this on a word document.
