This is what I do. I even did this with the "diversity and inclusion" mandatory course, its annual and everyone does it. I do not do it, just ignore. I don't need reprogramming thanks, I am perfectly pleasant to anyone who merits it, and most who don't.

Did it with masks - still haven't worn one. Got sent to work in a hospital, was handed masks all the time, never wore them. Eventually got kicked out of the hospital and they complained to my work. I just told them flatly - you know I don't wear them (not can't not won't, DON'T). Why not? There is no why.

JUST DO NOT DO IT
