Because it changes your DNA; the software system for the human body.

I've seen it debated whether it will alter your DNA or not. Even if it does, who is to say that alteration is also to turn off your immune system? The alteration could be doing other things, and affecting the immune system is due to other junk in the syringe.

Also, nice shock absorbers on your tank there.
