I had entire left arm done from shoulder to wrist while on a westpac. Since at least 2005 no one in the submarine community has given a shit about sleeves as long as it’s not visible in dress blues. Tattoos are a part of being a sailor. Good to see the surface fleet pulling stick out of their ass a bit.
