If you love her —- take her car keys. It’s life or death.
No one has the right to imprison a mentally fit adult "for their own safety."
Some people have to learn from their mistakes. That's life. All you can do is provide the best information, be the best example, and love unconditionally. In the end, everyone has to (and has a RIGHT to) make their own choices.
Also there’s more then a few degrees of separation between taking car keys so they miss their appointment and locking someone up in prison

Sorry but this doesn’t apply in this scenario. Not over a mans wife and children, Man and wife are 1 flesh and a man has God-given authority over those in his house. Feminism has ruined this world. And yes I am married with children. I wouldn’t dare physically stop a neighbor or stranger but I rule my house. Feminism is precisely why this man is in this scenario because his wife is listening to the word of her boss over her husband.
We are at war right now. If there was a nuclear strike in my neighborhood and the fallout was poisoning those who left their homes, a man would be a fool to let his wife go get radiation poisoning for the sake of some job. She would be bringing radiation/poison back into the house which in turn would affect my children. Would you stop someone from committing suicide if you had the power to?
This is the truth of where we are today.
Sorry but this applies in all scenarios. All men and women have the God-given right to exercise free will. The principle of Liberty is more important than our material lives -- our founding fathers knew this well -- but the modern society has become so fear-stricken when it comes to death, that they have lost sight of this.
