There's a LOT of people who truly are absolutely clueless about what's going on in the world. Like, so much so that they think BLM is ok since they just think it's about bettering black lives and not the evil they stand for.
I know people who work at corporate/have worked there and they really are good people and their culture/vision is really to love people.
A little "woke" goes a long way to tarnish an imagine today, which is good. I am completely boycotting Kellogg's and all their products due to their trash from earlier this year.
I think we could go a long way of actually washing people's feet today, but without a single bit of video and doing it for show.
There are/were a lot of black people who are/were really sucked into the BLM thing, fully not understanding how evil they are. They're brainwashed. There were their rallys in our Southern town last year and MANYYYYY people attended because they felt they could "connect" with them, but not necessarily agree with them. I think there's some truth to that, but there's a VERY fine line. Or I think so.... that leads me to this...
Sometimes, I really think Jesus would be there, too. He didn't care WHAT people did or how he was perceived by some self righteous "pious" people. He want TO the tax collector and went into his home and ate with him. How often are we doing that with someone who is gungho about BLM or living an LGBT or whatever it is lifestyle?
I think we miss loving people (SELF INCLUDED) simply because we're prideful about who we are. I'm not defending the CFA guy. I don't know him. I don't really care. Just think we sometimes crucify someone without understanding where their heart/intentions/motives were. Were they for political/woke reasons or was he really just trying to love someone?
Didn't know anything about this. Interesting.
Couple of thoughts tho:
