The only sinless person to ever walk this earth was The Lord Jesus Christ. All of us are born children of Adam, spiritually seperated from God and in need of reconcilliation. Christ's death, burial, and resurection achieved that reconcilliation for the whole world. You have to believe it to appropriate it.
Rom 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"
2.Heb 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
Heb 9:22 "And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission."
