If you read the Bible as a scientific document and not a "religous" one you'll have a much better understanding of things said. Genetic manipulation created hybrid beasts that walked the earth which was specifically not allowed by God. This also could've been done using a vaccine. Noah, not vaxxed, was allowed to live and repopulate the Earth with pure blood. God brought the flood to wipe out the impurities brought on by man. Sound familiar?
