Most adults are capable of taking care of themselves and children usually have someone to protect them. An animal,especially young animals, have no protection from abuse. They are weak, submissive, and vulnerable. I'm happy to see so many care about animal abuse. I have rescued many animals and I can promise you the people who care about these puppies also are the ones who care about children and vulnerable people. The ones who don't care are a$$holes to humans and animals.
