If your mom has had it for a week, please get her a pulse oximeter to keep an eye on her oxygen saturation. If she gets covid induced pneumonia and you don't stay on top of things by following some of the good advice here, you might have to take her to the hospital and that could end badly.
I just went through this same situation and my mother barely made it out of the hospital alive and my dad wasn't so lucky.
If you can't keep her pulse ox numbers above 85, you may have to bring her in.
Ivermection and nebulized hydrogen peroxide will make the biggest difference, at least it did in my case. I just wish I had those available in time for my parents, in order to keep them out of the hospital.
